Kevin is a very nice, very professinal, and very honest guy! He showed up on time, he gave me a very fair estimate (and reassured me that three of the four rock chips didn't require treatment, thus saving me money), and the repair was really fast (less than 20 minutes).
He also thoroughly explained the repair process & the prognosis of the chip after the repair. 
He has a lifetime warranty on his repairs, so if the chip spreads and the windshield must be replaced, he will refund the cost of the repair toward the cost of the replacement. The best part is, in the end, you could barely see the chip!
I took his card and I'll definitely be recommending him to other people I know. this is the kind of person who stands by his quality work and deserves our business :)
